Saba Aslam's Trip to Liyari

A field trip to Liyari town was organized by Ms. Saba Aslam for her students from the course on Water Infrastructures and Development. The objective of this field visit was to complement classroom learning with practical insights. It provided students with perspectives of how individuals and communities access water in areas where the water supply is not adequate. A discussion was also organized with a senior community activist, Mr. Ramazan Baloch. There were also guided tours to a Pumping Station, and a Water Treatment Plant in Lyari. We are grateful to Mehr Ghar, a community center in Liyari for providing us with field support.
